During the processing of potato products, such as Chips, various vapours are released that can affect the production environment. These are not only water vapours, for example when fries are blown out of the production line with air, but also heat and steam released during dewatering after blanching or near the baking oven and dryer. These fumes can be harmful to the working environment and the well-being of employees. The challenge is to effectively remove these fumes without disrupting the production process, while maintaining the balance in the plant's climate.
